Confidentiality Commitment for Members

The Real Table exists to create a safe environment where men can speak honestly, reflect openly, and engage in meaningful conversations. Trust is fundamental to this experience.

If you choose to join The Real Table community, you agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of all participants. This means that personal stories, experiences, opinions, challenges, and conversations shared within meetings, events, and member discussions should not be disclosed outside the group without the express permission of the person involved.

Members are encouraged to share their own learnings and insights gained from participation. However, personal information, stories, or identifying details about other members must remain confidential.

The Real Table follows a simple principle: "Take the lesson, leave the story."

While The Real Table promotes and encourages confidentiality among all members, it cannot guarantee the actions of individual participants. Membership is conditional upon a commitment to act with integrity, respect, and discretion.

Any member found to have deliberately breached the confidentiality of another participant may have their membership reviewed or terminated at the discretion of The Real Table.

By applying for and participating in The Real Table, you acknowledge and accept this commitment to confidentiality and agree to help create an environment of trust, respect, and psychological safety for all members.

The Real Table reserves the absolute discretion to determine who may become or remain a member of the community. The Founder or nominated group leader may decline an application, suspend participation, or terminate membership at any time and for any reason considered appropriate. All such decisions are final and binding.
